Endeavour Financial, founded in 1988, has a well-established reputation of achieving success for its clients in the Natural Resources sector. Its Advisory Services are focused on three primary disciplines: Financial Advisory, Strategic Advisory and M&A, and Specialist Advisory Services.

Independent. We are not a brokerage house, nor are we associated with a commercial bank. This allows us to operate independently of sales desks and credit committees and enables us to focus exclusively on the best interests of our clients.

Dedicated. Working with only a select group of clients allows us to provide dedicated service. From the initial strategic concept to the last closing condition, we are committed to getting the deal done — efficiently, effectively and confidentially.

Specialised. Since we began in 1988, Endeavour has operated exclusively in the natural resource sector. We understand the business and we understand the opportunities. Our industry focus and ability to utilise our entire in-house team of professionals enables us to provide a full suite of services to assist our clients.

Our team brings a multi-disciplinary mix of skills to ensure transactions are structured for our client’s maximum benefit with all the required skills in-house.
