Empress is a new royalty and streaming investment company that’s listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CVE: EMPR). It is focused on near-term and cash producing precious metal assets in developing countries. Endeavour engaged in a financial advisory and investment management role:

• Developed and assisted in the spin-out of a royalty portfolio and execution of a Toronto Stock Exchange listing.
• Has generated three revenue producing assets.
• Sourced potential deals and conducted technical and financial due diligence in connection with potential opportunities in the resource sector.
• Identified, structured, and negotiated transactions for multiple substantial deals.
• Reviewed cash flow models, valuation of streams/royalties, assisting the investment committee for potential Business Investments.
• Assisted management in investor roadshows and presentations to raise Empress’s profile and to obtain equity funding.
