Associate Vice President

Aaron has a background in mining corporate finance and economic diplomacy, with transaction experience spanning multiple commodities and jurisdictions, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Aaron has specialised in the mining sector since 2019, with transaction experience covering project finance, M&A, capital raising, and restructuring for copper, gold, critical minerals, and steel projects across the globe. Before joining Endeavour, Aaron worked in Rothschild & Co’s mining investment banking team for six years in both Washington DC and London. Prior to that, he also worked with ING’s corporate banking team and served as Economic Adviser at the British Embassy Manila. He holds an MSc International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
