Daniel has a technical and financial background with transaction experience in the Americas and across Africa.

 

Daniel is a geologist by training with over twelve years’ experience in mining finance. Transactions include project financings, offtake and commodity-linked financings, joint ventures, and debt restructurings, covering a range of metals (ferrous, base, and precious) and jurisdictions. Before joining Endeavour, Daniel was an Investment Associate at Gerald Metals, a private global commodity trading company, and Reuben Brothers Resources Group’s investment teams focusing on emerging markets. Daniel has also worked in Standard Bank’s mining and metals advisory team in London.

He has worked on a number of debt and equity transactions including offtake-linked financings, joint ventures and debt restructurings, covering a range of metals (ferrous, base and precious) and jurisdictions (Africa, and the Americas).
